ISO9001:2000

The Japanese industrial management concept 5's is commanded to be adopted and applied in our ISO9001quality management system.

SPC (statistic process control) is commanded to be applied in our company and be combined with ISO9001, it emphasizes continuous improvement and monthly KPI report from each functional department.

ISO 9001 mental and structural management and its performance are not alone the duty of general manager and managerial teams, all menbers of the company should have clear mentality and strong implementation fortitude.
